FAQ
Questions before you book
How far in advance should we book you?
Ideally 4 to 8 weeks out so we can recce the venue and plan the setup. We also take shorter-notice jobs when the calendar allows, just ask.
Can you handle a multi-day event?
Yes. Multi-day conferences, parallel tracks and multiple rooms are routine. We scale the crew and camera count to match.
Can you connect the stream to our platform?
Yes. We stream to YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn or any custom RTMP endpoint, including private and embedded players on your own site.
What if the internet fails at the venue?
We bring redundant connectivity, a second bonded or mobile link, and record everything locally with backup, so nothing is lost if a line drops.
Do you work in English?
Yes. English is our default for foreign clients: briefing, planning and on-site communication with you. We handle Czech with the venue.
How much does it cost?
A single-day livestream typically starts under 4,000 EUR. Full multi-camera coverage with edits usually runs 4,000 to 15,000 EUR or more depending on cameras, crew, days and deliverables. Send the brief for an exact quote.
